March marked the return of kinder more gentle weather. After the last few
month we are ready to enjoy some warmer temperatures. That goes doubly so
for commuters and messengers. Of course the folks in their cars ahve already
been spotted with their air conditioners on during the warm spell we had a
couple of weeks ago. If you drive a car everyday you are part of the problem
NOT the answer.
