DAY THREE IN SAN FRANCISCO

Critical Mass #83 Today-Don't Miss It!

The day opened up with heavy cloud cover so Ed and I decided to take care of some administrative crap, namely we had the oil changed on my car so we could get back to Chicago. While Ed and I were waiting for the car to be finished we took a walk to the Virgin Record store. At first I was skeptical that this would be a really good music store because the whole company seems so corporate. But I was wrong and was able to pick up a few CDs that I had been looking for. I was surprised that Ed only went out the door with two while I bought four. Of course Ed buys music regularly and I had not bought a disc for more than a year. After we were done at Virgin we went back to the SF Bike Coalition and to visit at Typesetting Etc. After a while there we went in search of canned air for our air horns. We have been using these marine air horns for about 2 years in Chicago and I was afraid that we might be looked on as rude with these really loud horns. Well as it turns out the loud horns elicited the same response in San Francisco as they do in Chicago. When we hit the horn everybody starts screaming and yelling. My community I love it.

Between Ed and I we shot 15Mb worth of photos. That translated into about 200 pictures to weed through. I hope that you like the pics we selected. There are quite a few of them and I have tried to break them into a few different groups so that download speed would not be to horrendous. You can still expect about a minute at 33.6
