I caught up with this rider early in the morning on Milwaukee avenue in Chicago. I wish that I could tell you his name but the language barrier prevented this. At first I just found this FULL suspension bike pulling a garden trailer leaning against a fence unattended. Just after I snapped the first picture an older gentleman comes out of the alley holding a large piece of rebar. After he sees my camera and MY bike trailer he warmed up a bit. He was very proud of the suspension seat.
