Decorate Your Bike...and Trailer!

Ooooh The Tiny Lights! Oohh Looke at the Purty Lights! Connected

I have a real problem of going over the top. I did my best to go way over the top with December's bike decorations. I had three strands of these lights at my house and so I started to think about what I needed to do to get them running on my bike. I work for Tripp Lite, a company that utilizes batteries in Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs) for the computer industry. We also sell a really great unit called a PowerVerter which plugs into your lighter or powerport and gives you AC power from a DC source. I went to see my friends Manny, Moe and Jack to get a battery lead so I could just but a batter in the trailer. That battery weighs 26.5 pounds and kept 200 lights on for about two hours. I am especially proud that I made the connection between the two light strands right where the BOB mounts to the trailer. I am amused by the simplest things.
